Basil’s Fungi Farm is a sustainably run mushroom farm, based in the centre of Hastings. We pride ourselves on the quality of our mushrooms, their flavour is unrivalled and they're simply beautiful. We tend our mushrooms from Petri dish to plate, overseeing the whole process. Our mushrooms are harvested on the same day they’re sold, so they’re always the freshest. We grow Lion’s Mane and Oyster mushrooms, as well as more adventurous types like Coral Tooth, Pioppinos & other seasonal cultivars.
