Coral Tooth Grow Kit

Coral Tooth really does look like something you’d find at the bottom of the sea! We think it’s one of the prettiest mushrooms and so fascinating to watch grow, as it matures the branches become more pronounced and frilly, growing until you have a beautiful cloud of coral ready to harvest. If we weren’t completely sure it was a mushroom, we wouldn’t believe it was!

We’ve chosen our cultivar because it’s especially high yielding, you should expect about 400+ grams from your first harvest, with a couple of flushes to follow, so long as you give the mycelium the right care. Coral Tooth is usually ready to harvest after three weeks.

We love to marinate Coral Tooth, it’s got a tender texture with a bit of bite, and the fronds goes nice and crispy when fried. If you’re feeling brave, you can tempura batter it and deep fry it like calamari.
